US based company is looking for a strong SEO professional to complete a comprehensive keyword research and report. This keyword research is being done for a new website - everything about the site will be based upon what you find and provide in your report.
Here is what I need:
-Professional, Comprehensive Keyword Research
-Analysis of most search terms around their product based upon the information you find on their websites and their competitors websites. (url's will be provided to winning bid)
-Analysis of most searched terms based upon their selling proposition (selling proposition will be provided to winning bid)
-Analysis of local search strategies (target 50 miles, we are NOT trying to reach a national audience)
-Keyword Effective Index of above related research
-Competitor website keyword lists, density reports, and placements for top keywords
-Suggested, available URLs based on keyword research
-Detailed report with all of the above information ready for presentation to a client
As you are well aware, our goal is in-depth research on the apt keywords and keyword phrases that will attract target visitors to the website. Once selected, you will be provided with all the information about their business that you need to fully understand their business model as I know how important it is to understand their business when doing comprehensive keyword research.
I'm looking to you as the highly qualified SEO professional who can help us avoid an ineffective marketing campaign. I will provide a spreadsheet to the selected bidder which will include the details of the new site and what we have to use for purposes of doing the research. This keyword research is for a NEW website - I don't want an analysis of an existing website, I want solid research from which I can build this new site.
I am looking for a report - not a spreadsheet.
When I think of a report - I'm looking for a breakdown of the areas which I requested (see bullet points above) - not a generic format which you would provide to everyone. I'm looking for explanation of what to use and why, a breakdown of how you came to the conclusions which you did.
Report findings based upon my request, explain the process of the research and why you believe in the results you are proposing.
As in any business relationship, you are expected to function under strict non-disclosure and non-compete agreement. Please respect any information which I provide to you as proprietary and confidential.
