PR3 - 5 Links - SEO

This project is for 5 PR3+ Quality Links - Only experienced proffesionals who know how to get those quality links that pass on some real value and make sure that links are good, checks [login to view URL], makes sure that the links are not dynamic, JavaScript, flash links, graphic, nofollow, unique IP, etc. Please only bid if you have good experience in SEO 100% White Hat - No porn/adult, gambling medical, drug, pharmacy sites. - Links should be Home and Garden / Furniture related - English language web sites only. - Web sites must be developed (Not under construction). - No Scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads,popups, intrusive advertising, etc. - Page with link on it must have PR2 or better. - Must be on a search engine friendly page. (static page) ie no redirects, cloaking, etc. - link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, msn and yahoo. - Must be a text link. no graphics. - Links must be permanent. No FFA's,Blogs,Classifieds, dynamic links, etc. - links must be on a website that is topically relevant - max of 30 outbound links on page. - page must not be dis-allowed by [login to view URL] - You must submit a list of all links incuding URL were I can find the link (in excel format) and PR of the linking page - only 1 link on each domain. - NO rel=nofollow links in the code. - no links from directorys. - no links from the same C class IP address - Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted. - Other outbound links on the same page as mine must be to good quality websites with PR+ Please confirm you have read my requirments in you bid! this will help me decide if i know you have bothered to read this far. Im looking to get these links in placed 10 per week. and expect a detailed report once a week with the following information - Site Title - Link URL (the URL where our link is located) - URL Page PR - Anchor Text - IP of the website (must be unique) I will be checking the links in your report so please do not waste my time and your time by sending any link that does not meet my requirements.
