Directory Submission/Link Building

I need someone to provide ongoing manual directory submissions and link building campaigns for SEO purposes. I will provide a list of sites as I build them. Manual directory submission of the homepage for each site: - Must be done by hand - Must be done over the course of a week - Must only be submitted to search engine friendly directories that have been indexed in all 3 major search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN) - Must be submitted to a majority of directories that have pagerank Link building campaigns: - Must be static links only. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. Only ethical work will be accepted - Must not be placed on link farms, forums or blogs - Must be from unique C Class IP addresses and from unique domains - Outgoing links on linking pages must be less than 20 - The title/ anchor text will be chosen from a list of options that will be provided by me - All link pages where links appear MUST be indexed and cached by Google - You will not participate in any commercial web rings or link exchange programs like [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc. - You must provide a report that indicates the URL where the links can be found. Please provide samples of previous jobs. I need a person/company who is willing to dedicate monthly resources to getting the job done. I am willing to pay $35 per site per month. My plan is to have 1,000+ sites built within the next year. Project will start with 5 sites and build from there. So, initial fee will be $175/month.
