looking for someone to help evaluate current listing. -Determine best course of action to improve rankings from 4-10 to the top 2 or 3. -- produce a short written report that details your findings and recommendations. -taking care not to create duplicate citations. -producing secondary citations when required. Please reply with description of how you would evaluate a listing and determine what is required to improve the listings.<bids will not be considered without this.

Hi Google business listing ranks depends upon several parameters like citations, user reviews, links to your site, listing optimization, using targer keywords, competitors analysis, submitting to local directories etc. You haven't given your website's link or business page in project description.
