Hi I really do not want to waste your time here, and my proposal is simple step by step plan considering the continuous changing web trends. 1. First of all we will make an technical analysis of the project and search for best solution for your project, i know there are a dozen technologies out there and a lot of ready to use web apps and platform where to choice from. We are already in partnership with some of the companies offering this web apps and technologies, and i know the exact requirements, how to install and modify them. 2. After this step is done i will help you choice a template or create a custom design for your website, or something between (this is usually the case since clients want a website up fast and to look good as well). We can make any desired modification to the design as you like, we can start from a wireframe to a design and to a theme, it all depends on how we are on. 3. At this point we have to check what features the web app or platform has and how we can customize them to fir your needs, depending on the needs there can be little or no work at this point, usually when selecting the technologies and the app we keep extensibility in mind, because even if the websites looks and work as the client wants in time, taking into consideration the visitors feedback we might need to add or change some of the features.
