Prompt: It is five years from today and you are employed in a counselling setting. Your supervisor, knowing that you have training in assessment, asks you and a few colleagues to help evaluate a number of new tests that they are thinking of using with clients. Your task is to write a critique of the test to provide sufficient information about the test so that your team can decide whether or not to use this test with clients. Explain, in layman’s terms, the reliability and validity of the test and what that means. Your supervisor will want to have access to all of your original sources, therefore you must cite all of the sources you use in the paper. This should be a professionally written paper – a research paper – that you present to your supervisor. This test that you are researching about is the Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST) Please follow APA style and address all of the following. 1.
