Need 1 hour of assistance using Postman to connect to SalesForce API

Looking for someone familiar with SalesForce API to help me understand a document given to me by a third party. They have created a SalesForce Connected App and want me to try and connect to it through Postman. Similar to these two articles: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I have installed Postman and gotten my Access Token, but I am unable to post or get data as outlined in the document they sent. I would like someone to screen share with me through *Removed by Admin* for a maximum of 1 hour to help me understand this process and answer some questions I have about SalesForce API.
