Wholesale Agent - For Luxury Men's Ready to Wear

Freelance Description: We're seeking for experienced Fashion Wholesale Agents to represent our brand to physical retailers within its own city and/or a region. The period is from June to August, and we're prepared to pay 15% commission over the orders the Agent can get. Ideal Candidate: - Be part of the new generation. - Strong desire to help the building of a new luxury fashion brand. - Interest in the luxury world and in the fashion industry, specially menswear. - Excellent communication skills - verbal and written - in English is a must. - Have an iPad or other Tablet (should be used to present our collection's catalogue). - Relevant and up-to-date network with buyers from relevant national and international multi-label and department stores would be plus point. - Experience in the fashion wholesale would be a plus point. - Reliability, flexibility and engagement. - Be synced with the CHAOS universe is a must. The tasks: - Sell our currently collection and get orders from relevant retailers within your city or region. - Presencial appointments with store's buyers. - Contact and follow-up via phone and e-mail. - Prepare orders/re-orders/swaps. - Transmit feedback from the retailers to CHAOS. - May include help with sales support activities. CHAOS responsibilities: - Provide a digital, in some cases physical, lookbook catalogue with linesheet. - Provide the commercial conditions. - Provide individual videos showing the details of each product. - List of relevant retailers in the Agent's city or region. - Contracts, invoices and other necessary documents are CHAOS responsibilities. - Operation and logistics are CHAOS responsibilities.
