I have been into a BPO industry for almost 5 years with different companies and now as Full time home based worker. I already handled Chat and email support, VA, Customer Service, Cold Calling, Appointment Setting Subscription processor (data entry/encoding), Appointment setter, Inbound and Outbound calls, Sales Marketing through email as well. My key skills include IT skill for data entry, high attention to detail, and an excellent telephone manner. I am also adept to MS Word and Excel.
