The perfect candidate is someone who: * Has experience with generating leads from Linkedin and can teach others how to do it * Has sales experience with great results * Is punctual, service minded, organized, reliable and honest * Can take instructions well * Is fluent in English, both verbally and written Your job includes: * End to end recruitment of your own team of motivated and talented sales people * Training your team of sales people on how to generate leads from LinkedIn and how to close the sale * Generate sales leads for your team if needed * Daily motivation of your own team * Keep track of sales figures and make sure that your team meet their goal * Report weekly to your superior You will be paid monthly through this platform for previous month's work and the salary is $450/month for the job stated above.
