Live chat sales operators are responsible for receiving and processing various incoming messages from our clients on FB and Instagram. We need you to have an excellent selling skills and understanding of sales processes •Receive and process incoming messages, which includes SELLING PRODUCTS from our online shop, answering questions, resolving issues, providing good customer service, adhering to scripts, attempting to make up-sells. •Ensure that live chat with clients are processed in strict adherence to established policies, procedures, and quality standards, as well as any federal laws and regulations. We offer 1$ commission for each sale. Hours of operation for this line group are 24 hours a day, seven days a week. YOU MAY CHOOSE: From 10am to 10pm OR from 10pm to 10am M-F (times listed in CST). Applicants for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications: high school or GED required, minimum one year sales experience required; must be 18 years or older; basic computer skills + stable internet connection; and bilingual in English and Hindi (or Urdu, Malauami) is required.
