We are looking for an individual who is effective with written communication and who is serious multi-taskers that can respond to customer inquiries and problems in a timely manner. If you're adept at working between multiple computer screens and have good technical skills, then you'll thrive in this work environment. This position requires excellent decision-making skills, self-motivation, independent thinking, and a desire to provide excellent customer service while ensuring the needs of the customer and the Company are balanced.
The Internet Customer Service Email Representative is responsible for researching and responding to customer service related emails from customers, and issue replacements and refunds. Average email volume per person is about 200 emails a day.
In addition, when email load is light, the employee must help with other duties.
Detailed Job Duties are below:
Communicate via inbound and outbound emails with consumers.
Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information.
Accurately document and update records in required systems.
Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Communicate feedback and progress to management.
Escalate customer complaints and/or emails through the appropriate channel to management.
Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be eighteen years of age
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent education
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of six (6) months customer service and internet experience. Requires keyboarding speed of 40+ wpm; a strong understanding of computers and computer software; problem-solving, formulation skills, reading, reasoning/logic, and analysis as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
