We are looking for a Sales Supervisor who is looking to coordinate and coach our teams. You’ll need to be able to coordinate people and projects with a mindset set on deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Manage each project’s scope and timeline using Kanban
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups using SCRUM software
Coach team members in Agile frameworks
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration using effective communication channel
Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or service providers)
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests via a ticketing system
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
Help teams implement changes effectively
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards and according to the agreed timeframe at the end of each sprint
Manage a number of teams running projects using SCRUM methodology
Have demonstrable expertise that managed to transform teams to become more productive, agile and consistently beat deadlines.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in a scrum master role
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
Good understanding of Agile software
Excellent communication, leadership, and persuasion skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in the English Language (C2 level)
Degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar field
