Ebay dropshipping

I am looking for an assistant who is willing to help me manage my ebay store by listing new products from aliexpress,the account is well established and ready for work. I am a leader that will award the person if i see improvement and dedication. If we do not work out things, I will still leave ok reviews and not ruin your career. The agreement: i expect you to list 3-5 items per hour on ebay with the sources of aliexpress provided to me, those items have to yield 20-50% profit after all  taxes, they must not be from bad rated suppliers and its a bonus if there is more than 1 shop. The listings have to be good and not cheap. I also will give you 5 hours max now because I want to see your work and see how it will affect shop, if I like what i see, we work together more. If the sales are weak, then we split and I will pay you and rate you. If, however, not only do the listings not sell, but you did not follow my needs of profit margin, giving me source, listing less than what we agreed upon or from a garbage shop, I will ask for a refund based on how much you ruined,but I will still not hurt your feedback. You are also to report all times in EEST format.
