Business Development Partner

At Flexiple ([login to view URL]), we help companies build great tech products through our community of the best freelance developers and designers. Each individual on our platform is handpicked through a rigorous 3-stage screening process. Our talent have worked in the best tech companies such as Amazon, Adobe, Microsoft and studied from top-tier engineering & design schools. We are looking for business development partners who have a good network with the start-up community. The partner should be able to identify start-ups that want to augment their staff with top quality software developers and designers. The compensation for our partners would be for each successfully converted lead. We are open to paying a fixed fee for every converted lead or a variable fee based on the project cost (this would typically be a percentage of the project cost for the first month).
