I've been a CSR for almost 3yrs. 1yr and 3 months was with Quickbooks and 1yr and 8months was with Telstra as CSR and Sales Consultant. I've been receiving calls from irate customers, and it challenges me how to make them happy at the end of every call. I know that I am good with this field. But I my heart is really into Sales. Everytime I'll be able to close a deal I really feel how great and effective I am. I have lots of sidelines before, I used to buy and sell stuff like clothes and shoes. Sometimes, I I sell properties to clients who asked me to find in behalf of them. Although I know that there's a lot of applicants who have more years of experienced than me.
