Professional Link Builder Needed for 40 links and future projects

We need a professional link builder to create high quality links to one of our sites. The links should ideally be on relevant websites, blogs, forums etc. If your work is satisfactory, we shall continuously hire you for consecutive projects.
**Specifics:**
1) We need forty [40] links.
2) Links must be on sites that are indexed by google.
3) Links must include the keyword that we provide for each batch of links must be the text that is linked. There will only be one keyword provided for this job and all links would use the same keyword.
4) Links must include the keyword as the title within the link coding ( title="**keyword**" ).
5) Do not create more than 25% of the links per week, completing the job in no fewer than 4 weeks.
6) You must provide weekly updates of the links that you have created so that we can check them. On the final update, we will release your payment as soon as the update is checked.
7) Each link must be from a site on a different IP Address.
**To apply:**
