I have a working Ruby on rails online site. Managed via web, but loads via mobile phone app. I need a developer who can add and update my site. I also have mobile apps that link to the site using the web wrapper. Google maps stopped working on phones, we think its got to do with SSL. So First task is to add a SSL to the phone app so geolocation works with a godaddy SSL on phone. mention ruby in the comments so I know you read the brief. Mention your ruby experience in comments.
