Virgin Island is a remote island, area 1000km2, with one major city, Media, in the north. For the purpose of this design there are 3 areas: 1. Media City, densely populated with an area of 100km2. The density of users in the city centre is 500/km2
2. The suburban area around Media City is 200km2. The density of users in the suburban area is 100/km2
3. The rest of the island is a sparsely populated rural area The density of users in the rural area is 5/km2. This information is useful in determining capacity and cell size

The Government of Virgin Island would like to set up a mobile communications network, and asks you to write a proposal for the structure of the network. There are competing bids to be a service provider. Two networks are envisaged: 1. A voice network based on CDMA (code division multiple access) technology. 2. A data network based on 4G-LTE technology You are free to propose any frequency bands for the voice uplink and downlink and also for the 4G network. This configuration provides a mature voice network with the option of a solely 4G network at some future date.
The report should cover the main aspects of a mobile communication system; • Bandwidth requirements of the system • Cell size and capacity in the different regions to cope with the demands of users • Modulation technique on uplink and downlink • Error detection and correction methods • all these link together
Short pieces of codes are essential for plotting graphs.
I will also need a 15 pages literature review which should include literature review and references(IEEE style)
