Project MMC Interiors

Hello - We're a small interior design/remodel firm. And need some ad hoc support using CAD/CAM for a Los Angeles backyard project. Currently an empty backyard - but will be needing rendering support to visualize the construction (pool, house connected terrace, water features, outdoor casita (connecting to a detached garage). Have most decisions on what we're looking for made with client - and now we need help visualizing; have birds eye layouts/floor plans - but moving to a need to elevation/3-D renderings. I normally - use an architect/engineer, but this project is in early stages - and my team is expensive - so I want to get someone to help with an initial cut. TBD on budget - depends what is decided to produce - and the timing. Less sophisticated in the first draft since we will use it make decision/brainstorm with client - and then follow-up models/drafts/renderings will become more detailed. Need experience with backyard/outdoor residential projects - here we're taking an empty backyard and building a swimming pool, water features, building off an existing detached garage to create an outdoor living room/outdoor bar/kitchen, with a fireplace in the center; and probably also adding a terrace to the back of the house leading into the backyard - 10ft x 5ft ish... this is the initial sketch we'd work off of - simple measurements of the outdoor space. We'd likely extend the pool to be 12x31ft
