looking for a 3D artist with excellent fluid simulation/rendering and animation skills
working on a basic existing Model with textures that needs render improvements to surface quality and overall finish
adding simulated fluids to high level of realism
small amounts of camera motion/rotation
to produce 4 scenes around 10-15 seconds long:
empty Model (no fluids) rotating on white background
(semi - high viscosity) fluids enter the model and begin to rise from chamber 1 into chambers 2 and 3.

Fluids move up in chamber 1 and then 2 and then 3

*test possible camera movement moving above and below water
(would be aiming for slightly organic movement to suggest perspective of person drowning but simplified could be simplified to up and down)

The model exists in various formats, I have no preference for which program is used for the fluid simulation.
The render output will be 4K, but that can be done over a render farm in the end.
My budget is 500$.
