Design a range of plans and facades for 8 new display homes.

We are a family building company in regional Australia building around 80 homes per year. We are planning to build 8 new display homes in a new display village. We would like to modernise our current plans, and would like to move away from using only brick on the front facade of the home, incorporating other products such as render, weatherboard, stone and any other recommended products, that will complement the whole streetscape. They will all be single story homes.
I need someone to design the homes as well. I see you don't design, so I would need that first.
