Aviation Solid modeling from point cloud

This project requires that work be done in solidworks 2016 or newer. Must be a US citizen and have experience modeling large aircraft. We need both the interior and exterior modeled and flight control surfaces modeled in the fully deflected positions as well as in the neutral position. Attention to detail is required with all details of the aircraft added (not down to the rivets, nuts or bolts). More details available if interested. Starting after the first of the year and time for completion 90-120 Days from the date the point cloud is delivered.
