• A competent professional with over 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Service Delivery across Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, HR Business Partner with focus on process excellence & improvement & compliance adherence.

• Perform End to End recruitment cycle with special focus on recruitment metrics covering quality of hire, turnaround time, recruitment channel optimization and compliance to the recruitment policies.( Channel Mix / Metrics/ TAT/ Gender Diversity & Costing).
• Experience of working with multi-cultural, cross-functional & geographically diverse teams spread across the US & India
• Extensive Experience in Recruitment from Entry level /Fresher to CXO level.
• Expertise in hiring Technologies Like – Java, Microsoft, Open Source, Web tech. etc
• Have exposure in Legal, Logistic (Supply Chain Management), Automotive industry.
