We are property development company, that also provides buyers for properties Australia wide. Right now we are looking for a high ticket closer for two specific areas of our real estate sales. Expectation is closure of minimum 20% with generous commissions and bonuses offered. Area 1: We shall provide 100 qualified investor leads each month. We will also provide the sales process and some information on the marketing and qualifying process used. For this project the properties are located in Queensland. Area 2: We shall provide 100 qualified owner occupier leads each month. We also provide the sales process and some information on the marketing and qualifying process used. For this project the properties are located in Victoria. This will be a long term project and the suitable closer will be given the opportunity to grow with the company in this position by generating and developing their own team of closers .
