The Watch app is an app that allows first responders (police, fire, & ems) to receive information in 5 categories from a department admin.
These categories are:
1. Announcements (admin posts text with photos and or files attached)
2. Policies (PDF categorized
3. Department Forms (PDF / can be shared)
4. Surveys (admin creates and posts to receive responses)
5. Department Sites (URLs that the department routinely access such as city website - 3 total)
6. Secondary announcement page ... (explained later)..
The Watch app can also be used for All Businesses types.
First responders are charged .25 per user and business type offices are charged .50 per users.
The app must have 128 bit encryption. Most importantly are the:
Superadmin Role: Me
Company admin: Subscriber
When a user goes to our website... they will select from the first Responder or office version.
Once they pay, this subscriber is the admin for their company. This company admin should be able to... from a front end:
1. Add users
2. Delete users
3. Create & delete groups
4. Assign users to groups
5. Assign manager to group
6. Post announcements, pdf policies, pdf form, fillable surveys, and url links
If company admin creates a group and assigns manager... manager should be able to do the same thing within their own group.
A editable header and footer should be located in the front end so the admins upload a title of their department and photo of their Department badge and patch in each section (announcements, polices, surveys, forms, department sites)
Superadmin - has access to all subscribers and can access any account and complete same items listed as company admin for any account... but can also delete subscriber accounts.
Superadmin should be able to create other superadmins if needed.
Once app loads and splash page passes...
There will be a login screen username and password
And a SIGN UP button.
First time users who click sign up will be routed to the buy now page... there they will subscribe and pay... and receive their credentials via email
Thar MUST BE LIVE and give immediate access to logging in.
At that time the user can go back to the app and use the credentials received.
This new company admin can begin add and uploading content and many other things.
Company admin when create users or groups should be able to send their new users and groups notices of their account creation and username and password.
New users will simply download the app and enter their assigned username and password to enter their department version of the watch app.
The application should allow push notifications in order for our superadmin to advise of incoming updates or emergency notices.
Lastly, the sixth item or the secondary announcement page is something that only super admins can post in.
The secondary announcement page will always remain off but a company admin can turn it on to his staff for them to see the secondary announcement page.
Again... these are specifications and requirements.
A hybrid app for ios and android is required.
Source code will be required
Publishing to both marketplaces will be required.
