Convert existing system to Saas product - Revenue Share

Hi I’d like to package our web solution as a SaaS offering with global potential. Our contribution is: - 20 years industry expertise that resulted in the development of the system - 26 years sales experience - a working and very useful system that can be applied to any industry. It does not need reinventing, just repackaged. What I am looking for a coding partner with revenue share who will package it into a SaaS system which we will take to market. Our industry and sales experience ensures the expertise, connections and drive needed to successfully market this product. The product is standalone, web-based system that could link to any company’s existing website. It is relatively basic but could be further developed as we see fit. After much research, I have found nothing like it other then a few very involved and very expensive systems which are not viable for the majority of the market. I'd prefer that it be written in React but open to other systems if you are prepared to work on the proposed payment model. I must be very clear on this. Freelancer requires a budget to be entered so you might see a price/budget on the ad but you should ignore it. I am not proposing to pay upfront for development. I bring a lot to the deal in terms of time, expertise, marketing, sales and business expenses. i am looking for a developer who will rewrite the system for saas. Payment options are: 1. Double the dev costs but paid from proceeds of saas revenue. 2. Or, stay on as a developer and get ongoing profit share from saas revenue. 75/25 3. Or, 1.5x dev costs from Saas revenue plus 90/10 revenue split wherein you stay onboard for maintenance and get 10% revenue share. Please get hold of me if you are interested in this opportunity.
