Hello, I'm helping companies with their GDPR compliance and I want to optimize the process (to show you're not a bot please include in your answer the keyword : "ananas"). I would like to make the following service : - User complete a survey, like a checklist. Depending on the answers on the survey, other questions should come if answer "No" (a mind map will be given to you). It should them display a short text explaining what they have to do to pass the answer to Yes - User should be able to connect to an account to save this and review it later if needed. For now I've set a wordpress server and set private profile pages with S2Member. What I'm looking for : somebody able to make this conditional logic form, letting the User have a permanent view on the answers he sent via the form.
