Hi, I can show you the method to set any batch file or exe as Windows Service. It is a simple tool (freeware) with GUI & command line swiches to configure a new service. After Installing service it is managed as usual windows service. To Work properly you should only copy tool to server and configure new service. To Remove ( or change ) service you can use standard sc util or this tool to.
