VAST API connection to Supply Side and shuttle to CMS

We are evaluating development of a shuttle service to move content descriptions intelligently from a Supply Side Platform that describes available programmatic content through the VAST protocol and place it in a Broadsign CMS through another API. We are seeking a developer who has experience writing code that obtains content through the VAST protocol. We will probably write this in Python 2 on a linux platform. We would also consider experience managing dynamic programmatic content with the Broadsign Control API. Having both experiences would be highly advantageous.
