Please see attached csv. Very simple: All I want to do is read in the csv, and manipulate the data frame via pandas, so that it only displays the column 'Section' values that have MORE than one unique identical value for 'Row'. So for example, for df_new['Section'] = Club 10, we would delete the 'Row' value of 6 or 23 because they occur once. We want to keep Row values that occur at least twice or more. Same logic goes for all other 'Section' values. Simple, just cannot find it on net for some reason.
