Interactive front end for web application using Flask

We're designing a website with pages where the user 1) creates a profile, 2) provides data that gets stored into a database, 3) interactively visualizes plots generated from the data (with e.g. highcharts), and 4) can download a CSV of the data with a custom selection of fields. We have the back-end covered. It's built using Python and Flask.
We are looking for a functional web design for the 4 aformentioned sections. The goal is to have minimalist pages using HTML, css, and js, structured for Flask.
