mp4 to hls via nginx

Salam, To make it simple, you can not play mp4 direclty as HLS from nginx, FFMPEG will need to push the mp4 to nginx-rtmp server (same machine or remotely), then nginx can HLS it. PM me for more details. Do not award me the bid before PM
