It will have booking, scheduling facility, payments, profile, email subscription, statistics, user credits, manage clubs, billings, statistics and advertising as major features. But I think 14 days would not be sufficient. (except for ready solutions). And 4 weeks (or 3 weeks :) ) will be better. Do you have designs and theme ready? HI I'm a python/Django webapp developer with 10+ years experience From your simple specs, I'm assuming you want a multiple account system with each account representing a club. Under the club will be a set of facilities that can be booked at predefined time and date periods. Payments from the clubs /club member will be based on subscription rather than booking (if its by booking that won't be a problem other than each club must define their pricing policy. Email subscriptions are not an issue, but sending of mass emails for advertising must be done through a trusted email server, and not though a general one. You have mentioned a react front end. This can be done, but I cannot see the need for many dynamic elements in your system, so maybe more basic jquery libraries were more what you were thinking.
