Hi, We are looking for a skilled NLP professional to help us complete our project. The project comprises of the following - 1. 5000 candidate profiles in 3 companies each. 2. Each company would have its organisation structure and this would have to be created with prediction capability The problem - The data comprises of job titles and may or may not have job description. The data would not be clean (people would have entered text and that would not be consistent). I will provide the following data - 1. 15000 profiles under 3 different organisations. Expected Output The organnogram of all the profiles. This The classification would be splitting the profiles into functions (HR/ Finance/ Sales & Marketing/ Manufacturing/ R&D/ Procurement & Supply Chain/ Legal...etc.) After the functional classification, within each function there would be a hierarchy.. This could be derived based on the designation and the function that designation falls under. Approach We need to experiment to find out which works well. One approach could be to train one organisation manually and predict the other organisations based on the first training and build up from that. One approach could be to define the relationships between the designations as and how we find the data. Keen on understanding your approach and timelines on how long you would take to do this. I went through the attached linkedin json, and it seems, first you need to split the data categories and cluster based on roles, then performing Aproiri/Market basket will get you to your desired hierarchy! I've been working with these algorithms for quite some time now, and this work is a piece of cake for me, would hardly take me 3days to complete. Thanks. Best, Debdeep

I have worked on multiple projects based on NLP. I personally believe, classifying the data using Ensemble method, in integration with Grid search could result in a great classification algorithm. The data pre-processing should take 2 days of time since you have mentioned there may or may not be job description assigned against job titles. I have allotted a day of time in assigning un-tagged job titles manually. Further it should take another 2 days of time for building the algorithm. And lastly, to refine the algo, I have allotted one day of time. I have gone through the sample file enclosed with the project, I believe there are enough parameters that can be utilized to train our model. The approach/method I would be adopting will be in this flow: Step 1. Pre processing the data Step 2. Tokenizing Step 3. Building TF-IDF matrix or Training on pre-trained word2vec or Glove (Global Vector) Model Step4: Machine Learning Classification using Ensemble Method (In integration with Grid Search)
