Binance coin scanner desktop App

Hey, I need someone to use the Binance API to create a scanner that would check every coin for changes. User should be able to enter the following variables to filter scanner results: % Change in value (both positive increase and negative decrease) Coins to exclude Timeframe of change If the scanner notices a big enough change in the time frame that the user has set, the scanner should display the coin with a sound witht he following details: % Change Price change from this to that Current BID Current ASK Button that clicked will lead to the specific coin on Binance. Binance has closed it's registration and I won't be able to provide you with an account. If you need it, then you will have to deal with that, I won't provide you with mine. Also - all submissions need to start with the following words "I READ THE PROJECT DETAILS" Thank you. We need this ASAP.
