H1, I have a project which is using MongoDB 4 as a db. There are 2 nodes, 1normal mongod and 1 configured to be a replicaset. It's running for ~20 hours smooth after deletion of the replica set data and starting it with empty data so that it automatically resyncs from the main node. What happens after those ~20 hours is that the server which is running the mongod for the replicaset a high load average occurs, sometimes >20.0 , and it slows down the entire system because and some queries start to not work at all. I don't know what's causing this but when i shut down the replicaset and empty the data dir, and rerun the replicaset it resyncs the data and it runs normally for ~20 hours and then the same thing happens, high load and everything slowing down and some processes crashing. I need someone who can debug this for me. I've tried a lof ot things but i couldn't find a way to fix it.
