I am looking for someone to build a pine script indicator for use on Tradingvew. Ameritrade has this specific function and I have included a screen shot of what I am looking for. This would be for a green up arrow to appear below a bar where the rate of change crosses zero from negative to positive and for a red arrow to appear above a bar when the rate of change crosses zero from positive to negative. The arrow should turn on and off while live until the close of the bar and remain on if the rate of change cross held through the close or turn off if the rate of change cross did not hold through the close. I would want this to be able to be used across any timeframe. Tadingview has an alert that you can set for this however there is nothing that displays on the chart.
