I need a relative strength table that can import data from www.tradingview.com and identify strong/weak stocks using a specific algorythm that is provided -

The example is attached as a screenshot along with all the conditions. In addition to the table I need a green color for stocks/indexes that has been showing Strength/Bulish signals (with a small message describing which one of the conditions were met) ie. moving up the tables/better rating while the name should be stated in Red when Weakness/Bearish ie. moving down the tables/worse rating signals are apparent. The stocks/instruments I want in the table needs to be adjustable and the timeframes (Weekly, Daily, Hourly etc.) too - all the screenshots are examples/algortythms that shows calculations etc.
