Browser-based DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) - browser-based Recording Software

Hello Everybody, my name is Stefan and I am really passionate musician and music nerd. (LinkedIn: [login to view URL]) I am currently doing a project that is a browser-based DAW (Digital Audio Workstation - for example Logic, Cubase, Ableton), which is similar to BandLab's Mix Editor ([login to view URL]) where producers can upload loops they produced (for example a four bar funky bass line) on a big database. The database is visually shown to users as a transparent structured list (as shown on the right side on the uploaded picture). Through simpe drag & drop of these loops from the list into the mixer (left side from the list) the user is able to mix different the different loops together, arrange them and create songs by that. I currently need a prototype that might prove that people actually enojy this principle of creating music. Thererfore, I need an application that runs on an Internet browser (preferably Chrome) that allows me and other people to upload loops (maybe by just including an upload button in the list - feel free to propose a different solution if you come up with a better/easier one), attribute it to the according category (HiHat loop, Bass Loop, Guitar Loop etc. - we will can have a discussion which categories are all needed) and by dragging them from the list and dropping them inside the mixer create songs.
