Looking to get a Youtube chat bot created that works based on cookies and proxies. The chat bot should be able to accept cookies in both Netscape and Json format. It should be able to take in phrases that are stored in a text file and then post them in the Youtube Live Stream Chat. The software can coded in any language as long as its able to accomplish the task mentioned above.
