You must make changes to your profile before you can submit a proposal. Developer needed to finish & help release Ionic & Laravel based mobile app

I'm looking for a freelancer to help me finish an app that has been in development for a while. It needs someone to finish it and add some further features to it because I don't have the time right now. I can provide information and guidance though. I use Pivotal as a task management tool. Technical: It is a mobile app built using the Ionic Mobile App Framework. It uses Laravel as a back-end, via an API. There are also some Admin pages running as part of the Laravel back-end, to allow admins to log in and get access to data, reports etc. It is to mainly aimed at tablets, so iPads and Android tablets, but larger phones too. And it should be possible to use it via a browser on a laptop/desktop. Functional: The app is basically a questionnaire/survey-taking system aimed at parents, to gather information about their children's development. The app collects the data but also gives some advice to the parents based on the survey answers. I am a PhD research student and I will be using the data that we hope to collect from the app, as part of my research. Users log in via the app and select an available survey. The surveys are made available at regular intervals (say once every month) and are mostly the same questions. The data from the answers to these questions are held at the back-end and are made available as charts inside the app, to show the parents how their child has changed over time and how that compares to national averages etc. There are some additional features in the app, such as a way of entering in free text as a 'diary' function, and some screens that show advice tailored to the user. There should also be a way to log GPS coordinates at selectable intervals, with the user's permission of course. There should also be the ability for the user to take short video or photos and save them to the server.
