Hi I can create a PHP script that will take 2 Excel spreadsheets and will merge them as required (will output a combined spreadsheet). You will be able to run it locally using WAMP/MAMP/LAMP software depending on Windows/Mac/Linux or you can also host the script on a php supporting server. I have created similar scripts before.
