Project Description We are looking for a software engineer, who can develop a program/application that can operate a Master Account and be used by a cricket/football Bookmaker who has 200+ clients to place bets on 200+ Sub Accounts. When the bookmaker gets the information a adjustable % needs to able to be entered (example 5% for the win or 2% Win and 3% Place. Then when the match has resulted the software needs to look at 3 different TOTES and apply the BEST of the 3 to the result if a winner and update the client’s accounts. The subaccounts need to be accessible on the Internet in the form of a Members Area for viewing and betting only. Further requirements are as follows: Software Requirements • Master Accounts are the standard type of account used on the Betfair.com. Master account will be active all the time in the application. Whenever subaccount holder will log in application. • Master account will not be used for placing bets. Bets will be placed by sub-account holder • Master Account holders can adjust parental control settings such as monthly spending limits or restrictions for Sub-Account • Sub Accounts must be created in association with a Master Account. • Sub account activities can be monitored by the associated Master Account holder • Sub account holders cannot create wallets but can make use of the associated Master Account's wallet to pay for bets • The settings of a Sub Account can be initially set up when the Sub Account is created and later edited by the associated Master Account. • Sub-account holder can deposit funds only through master account. • Sub-account holder will request to master account for withdrawal or transfer of funds • Complete support of [login to view URL] API • Support of back/lay options and open bets. • Advanced commission settings. • Commission charged separately (I've never tried matching across accounts, but I expect it would act as if the two accounts were independent, ie. matched volume showing, commission charged to both). • Points are collected independently on each account; so one account will have a bigger/smaller commission discount than others. • Premium charge is calculated from commission and gross profits of all accounts added together in the master account • As it is banned in Pakistan, a program must run on fix International/UK IP. • It could run/execute on VPS server.
