I am looking for a Romanian-based developer to work on a form for me. It mostly works, but I have a new requirement that I cannot fulfill.
The form is a series of dropdowns and text fields.
The first step is to enter a 5-digit numeric zip code. That does an ajax call to populate the 2nd drop down, selecting from the second drop down populates the 3rd box, most of the other fields are free text. note, some US zip codes are 3 digits, and < 5 should make leading zeros to make a full 5 digits.
What I mostly need done is to the city and state filled in based on the zip code entered in the first box. Please advise on timing and cost. I have a semi-working example to show for candidates I'm interested in.
