Write a software in Jupyter

The software which needs to get written is intended to be used first as an experimental / beta version software. In a second step, the software will be implemented in another software of larger scale as one of the specifics work flows / features in this software. Therefore it needs to be written in JUPYTER. This “Mother-Software” is written in Python, using Numpy and Scipy libraries. The UI is created using Django. The Software which needs to be created consists of / features: 1) The ability to open files in ".fit" format, either from on local drive or downloaded from one or two cloud based plattform (SDK/API provided!) 2) a visualization of the opened files and the possibility to mark and export data snippets from those files 3) A UI to either open/select data from .fit files or manual data entry 4) Algorithms which automatically detect valid data snippets based on logics (Provided) 5) a calculation engine to process raw data either derived from those .fit files OR from manual entry 6) A UI which contains constant, variables for the calculation engine and login data for the cloud based platforms 7) Algorithms which create a best fitting of measured vs. calculated data, using individual weight factors for each datapoint 7) a Visual (line Graph) and numerical output of the data. The following information to create the software is provided: - descriptions and mock ups - all needed SDK & API (see 1) above) - example software and/or code to explain / show (see 2) above) - formulated conditions to write the algorithms which identify valid data (see 4) above) - example data to test the algorithms (see 4) above) - a excel sheet which contains all equations for the calculation engine.
