WPMultisite Error Uncaught DOMException: Failed to set the 'domain' property on 'Document' -- 2 - 02/12/2017 07:44 EST

I have a Multisite Wordpress Domain for 1 client. He has asked me to create multisite network so we can create domain for each of the stores that buy from us so that they can have website with up to date inventory of fish, and be able to sell fish to their customers as if main company was invisible If you go to this website: [login to view URL] It will point you to here [login to view URL] Because I have mapped the domain using a WPMU Domain Mapping plugin.. Problem is when I do this 3 things happen. The logo, the stores address in the footer, and adding products to cart becomes un-functional. Try to go to any category page on menu and add 1 fish to cart. You will see the fish doesn't add at first, BUT then try and reload page, and you will see the fish in your cart. Error that is showing in inspector is: Uncaught DOMException: Failed to set the 'domain' property on 'Document': '[login to view URL]' is not a suffix of '[login to view URL]'. at [login to view URL]:1237:49 This error only happens when I select the domain [login to view URL] as the PRIMARY domain for remysreef.exoticreefimports.com. This is a setting inside of the MU Domain Mapping Plugin. If I set this back to [login to view URL] as primary ALL the above errors go away. I have located the below code in a file named [login to view URL] file. <script type="text/javascript"> [login to view URL] = '[login to view URL]'; [login to view URL] = function() { fetchCart(); } The script appears to be hard coded in our checkout code files pointing to the main site domain which normally works fine, but in this cases when we active domain mapping this starts to cause the [login to view URL] error whenever adding a fish to cart. Also the pages theme files dont seem to know where the correct domain is cause its having issues showing the logo, and the store's address in footer.
