I would like to hire a Programmer

We have a multi-unit rental property business with many tenants (around 250), that rent residential and commercial space. Many tenants change each year and we want to 1. track the rental/ individual property/month/year with the vacancies/property (lost revenue) 2. payments tracked by the tenants to the individual properties by how they paid i.e. e-mail, cash, cheque, etc /month/year that we can match to the bank statements. The tenants have to place a first and last months rent at time of signing the lease. 3. These must be tracked 4. The tenants may also pay for other services as a. cleaning b. parking c. Laundry 5. At the end of each fiscal year we want to send to each tenant by email the amount they paid during the year for rent, only, for their income tax reports. 6. Each year starts a new record of rent paid per property, per tenant with a list of first and months' rent that is still outstanding and any back rents that are outstanding. 7. We want to keep the individual tenant information for up to seven years. 8. We want the ability to export and import data into an excel spreadsheet format.
