Hello all, We are looking to automate some business process using custom developed web forms in Wordpress. Primary skills to deliver this project would include javascript, php, ajax, wordpress The solution requires the delivery of four modules. 1. Login page. 2. Parts and labor webform. Able to handle three processing permutations a. Standard fully populated form entered by users from scratch. b. Partially completed request i.e. users not selecting parts. c. YFM operations completion of partial or pending requests. 3. Purchase order email to print shop / production warehouse includes a URL link to auto populate TNT consignment form. 4. Pending requests form. There are API’s that will allow the developer to interact with Fieldbook, Xero and the TNT Consignment system. Please refer to the technical resources section at the end of this document. At this stage I would like a rough order of magnitude estimate to deliver this work broken down by module. This way we can eliminate low priority or expensive modules. Attached is a more detailed specification. I would engage on a fixed price basis and provide a number of test cases that if they pass would sign off the project as UAT complete.
