Hello. Nice to see your project posted here. I have read details. I think you want to create a plugin which has an option for CRON JOB. Once its set, it must have FTP creds to work with. It can use FTP to download the file, process it and send it to the database. The database will be a standard wordpress installation where the products data will be imported. You also want the plugin to read from a local file, which means, admin will upload that file and the system should process it. I have created and customized wordpress plugins in the past, so it appears to be an interesting job to me. Looking Forward. Tx

I would implement this first on my local test environment, with a simple WordPress/WooCommerce setup. That should take 5 of the 10 days. Then I would get a site copy from you and do debugging to make sure it works on an environment similar to prod. That would take some more days.
